Takayuki Urade, CEO, organized a Credit Rating Seminar at Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank.
For the seminar, Mr. Hajime Matsuura, Managing Director of Credit Pricing Corporation, was invited from Japan as a guest speaker, who introduced Internal Rating System applied at Japanese commercial banks and its implications on agricultural finance in Tanzania. The program was highly appreciated by the participants for its practicality and usefulness for TADB.
Starting in February 2022, Urade has been advising TADB on technical skills for agriculatural finance with inputs from Japanese experiences and latest practices, which is expected to contribute to further developing the agricultural sector in Tanzania from financial aspect.

On February 4~7, 2023, Takayuki Urade, CEO of JNEW, gave a series of training workshops in Honiara, on project economic analysis for three ministries of Solomon Islands (Ministry of Finance & Treasury, Ministry of National Planning & Development Coordination, and Ministry of Infrastructure Development).
The program was provided as a part of the project supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), 'Public Investment Management in Solomon Islands and Papua new guinea', and was highly appreciated by these ministries for improving the quality of their analyses.

Takayuki Urade, CEO, gave lectures for ‘Global Business Studies’ at Shizuoka University.
On November 4 and 7, 2022, Takayuki Urade, CEO of JNEW, gave lectures on financial sector ODA for the course ‘Global Business Studies’ provided as a part of Asia Bridge Program at Shizuoka University. For total 60 international graduate students, he talked about wide-ranging isssues from finance basics to the case studies on the actual projects in ASEAN countries and Mongolia.
