Takayuki URADE
CEO

Takayuki has 30 years+ experiences in finance & international development, including commercial banking at Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, investment banking at Merrill Lynch, macroeconomic & financial sector analysis at Nomura Securities, development consulting at Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting, PADECO and Japan Economic Research Institute, as well as in teaching at Saitama University as a visiting professor. He earned B.A. from Keio University, M.P.A. from J.F. Kennedy School at Harvard University and studied international finance in Ph.D course at Hitotsubashi University.



Hiroo YAMAGATA
Managing Director / Chief Economist

Hiroo is a specialist in macroeconomic analysis, industrial/urban development and financial/economic feasibility studies. His background includes real estate development, business consulting and development assistance in the fields of power, transportation and financial market. He is also a renowned writer and critic in various fields including art, economics, technology and architecture/urban studies. Author and editor of a number of books including "Prototype City: Global Innovation Taking Place in Shenchen", "The Elusive Economic Recovery of Japan", translations including Piketty "Capital in the 21st Century", Keynes "The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money." He earned M.E. in Urban Engineering from University of Tokyo and M.S. in Real Estate Development from MIT.



Yoko URADE
Managing Director

Yoko, also a board member at Tokyo-based metal recycling company, Re-tem, has extensive experiences in environmental consulting at Deloitte Tohmatsu Group, Japan Research Institute and BSI (British Standards Institution). She earned B.A. from Keio University, M.A. from Tufts University and finished EMP at University of Tokyo.
